At Brammer, Buck & Hickman David from IC Cubed lead the design & implementation of a new finance operating model and improved the R2R process in consultation with myself, as Interim CFO. David also developed a new BI solution and solved complex Inventory/CoGS issue across multiple ERP’s. David has a very collaborative approach and can both dive into the detail as well as take the overall picture in designing commercially focused solutions as demonstrated by the work on the inventory/COGs issues Brammer was contending with. This was a particularly complex issue to solve. The design and implementation of the new finance operating model was well planned and executed. The BI solution focused on the tangible benefits the BI team could provide the business in driving better management of the operations and profitability.
