IC Cubed are delighted to be working with Bolton NHS Foundation Trust to develop their combined A&E and In-Patient simulation model. The model will provide insight to the Trust by allowing them to test different scenarios relating to changes in demand, capacity and the anticipated benefits from their improvement programme.
