I have known David for a number of years and I have used his expertise over this period to undertake niche pieces of analytical review type work and for project management. David has recently supported Liverpool Community Health NHS Trust in producing an I M&T Separation Plan in preparation for the planned disestablishment of the Trust by April 2017 and the transfer of our current portfolio of services to other organisations. This was a complex piece of work and David led the internal project team and coordinated the production of the IT plan document.
